At the moment, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders once they are placed.

However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will review the issue fairly and assist you where possible.

To raise a concern:

• Please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order

• A clear, uninterrupted opening/unboxing video showing the parcel from all sides is mandatory

• The video must be recorded from the start of opening the package without any cuts or edits

Requests without proper video proof will not be considered.

Each case is reviewed individually, and any resolution offered will be at Jewelsy’s discretion.
