3. Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of ₹70 applies to all orders below ₹599.

Orders above ₹599 (or those eligible for special offers/discounts) receive Free Shipping.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Damaged Product Concerns
If a damaged product reaches you, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).
We will assist you after reviewing the issue.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

Some courier companies charge penalties for incorrect/incomplete addresses or mismatched pin codes.
These charges must be borne by the customer, not the brand. -
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, the customer must pay re-shipping charges for the parcel to be sent again.

If neither party receives the package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement.

If the package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, the brand will not be responsible under any circumstance.
6. Courier & Logistics
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
However, once your order is handed over to the courier company, delays due to weather, operational load, strikes, or unexpected issues are beyond our control.
